Don’t Make ‘em Like This Any More

We have just taken delivery of our latest delivery vehicle. Not that you’ll be seeing it too far from home.

This 1937 Austin 10 Van in Manchester Red started life as a butchers van in Inverness over 85 years ago. We can picture it zipping about the roads around Inverness delivering fresh meat to homes and hotels all over the area.

Our vehicle is now going to enjoy a considerably easier life, she already causes a stir wherever she goes. She will be visiting local customers and attending events such as Chatsworth Farm Shop Summer Fair.

Driving her is a challenge compared to a modern car, no power steering, assisted brakes or even heating.

The Renovation
