The Original Buxton Pudding derives from a recipe dating back to the Victorian era. The Buxton Pudding consists of a sweet pastry base, our hand made raspberry preserve and a buttery, crumble/crispy topping. Alongside winning two great taste stars in 2011, the Buxton Pudding has been well received by customers all over the UK and does great justice to the original Victorian recipe.
