Our handmade fruitcakes are made with the finest ingredients. All of our fruitcakes are made with the best, dried fruit and a generous amount of alcohol. They are left to rest for three months (as fruitcake only gets better with age).

The Plum and Apple Brandy fruitcake is made with Fresh Bramley apples and Plums which are left to soak in fine Brandy for at least three months. Once the Fruitcake is made it is soaked in the infused Brandy and left to rest for another three months. This is the perfect ageing process for our fruitcake and it’s what gives it it’s fantastically rounded flavour.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:

  • Serve with a glass of your finest Brandy.

  • Try pairing it with a white crumbly cheese. Cheshire, Lancashire and Wensleydale are all great additions to this fruitcake.
