Fig, Cherry and Sherry
Our handmade fruitcakes are made with the finest ingredients. All of our fruitcakes are made with the best, dried fruit and a generous amount of alcohol. They are left to rest for three months (as fruitcake only gets better with age). This fruitcake is packed full of delicious figs, cherries and as always, a generous helping of sherry.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
This fruitcake is perfect for pairing cheese. The texture combination of the figs and crumbling cheese is sensational.
Cheshire, Lancashire and Wensleydale are all great additions to this fruitcake.
