Lemon and Elderflower Sandwich
Something a little different to the classic Victoria Sponge, the Lemon and Elderflower sandwich loaf cake is that perfect balance of soft sponge and buttercream. The sandwich contains a light spreading of lemon curd and piped buttercream, the icing draped over the top and lightly infused with elderflower.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
