The old British classic - Raspberry Victoria. The Victoria sponge cake was named after Queen Victoria, who ate a slice of sponge cake with her afternoon tea. It is the perfect accompaniment to afternoon tea. Our Raspberry Victoria contains a delicate vanilla sponge, spread with our handmade raspberry preserve and piped with sweet buttercream icing. The vanilla sponge is then dusted with icing sugar to give it it’s authentic Victorian look.


SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
