Walnut and Espresso
A coffee-infused sponge held together with a generous amount of chopped walnuts. The sponge is sandwiched together with delicious coffee buttercream and topped with coffee royal icing. The walnut and espresso loaf cakes are jewelled with chocolate-covered coffee beans and walnut halves.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
Take a slice with a cup of tea or coffee.
