Introducing - Walnut and Espresso Loafcake (NEW)

We’re constantly testing out new recipes here at the Buxton Pudding Company. But when I say “new recipes” I don’t necessarily mean a completely new idea, sometimes it’s taking a classic, such as the coffee and walnut cake, and putting our Buxton Pudding Company stamp on it. Our Walnut and Espresso cake is certainly a delicious homage to the classic. A deliciously fluffy sponge, laced with the bitter hint of a creamy espresso yet balanced out by the crunch of a nutty walnut and the sweet sandwich of coffee buttercream icing, this gorgeous addition to our range of loaf cakes is sure to tickle your fancy.
